The role is to join a startup agency part of Dept which has been initiated to respond to the fast growth in the market for Marketing Automation. There is an ambitious growth plan for the Marketing Automation business in the UK. As you join at the early stage of development you will have the opportunity to make an impact and contribute to its success.
Our offering is to both provide consulting, implementation but also day to day campaign support. In B2C, B2B and with the focus to help companies get most out of their investment in marketing automation. We do that by helping brands to enhance their customer engagement and create more relevant and meaningful communication with their consumers. We help our clients to use marketing automation that will increase sales growth and builds strong customer relationships. Our data driven mindset puts those opportunities into practice.
In the UK team you will be working closely with the MD on the first clients projects and in that role will also be assisting with the definition of the delivery process at our end. It is a key customer facing role and you will have an impact on customer satisfaction. The UK Marketing Automation team is based in London but cooperates within Dept with the other agencies in the UK and across Europe.
A week in the life of
At the start of the week you could be joining workshops to scope the implementation of a Marketing Automation platform at a new client. You will be working with marketeers at the client side to scope a detailed solution and delivery plan. During this session you could be running through how marketing automation can benefit by integration with data sources such as CRM, e-Commerce and web traffic data.
The other part of the week you will be supporting the Managing Director to provide workshops to prospects. This to run through all benefits of Marketing Automation tailored to their business. Besides that you will be supporting the pitch teams to provide inputs to presentations and present this to prospects.
Your enthusiasm for data driven marketing helps our clients to understand how they can enhance customer engagement and deliver more meaningful conversations across all of their channels. You will be helping our clients to configure their first personalised campaign flows.
